  • Deaf people can do ANYTHING except hear! Deaf people can play musical instruments if they put a lot of effort in visualizing the time and rhythms as well as the note counts. Deaf people also have to put a lot of effort in learning music theory in order to read and possibly memorize the music. Deaf people composing music can be difficult. However, they have the capability to do it.
