A clip from the latest video installation by digital media artists ViaPelagius (Guy Morgan and Sally Lane-Morgan) which will be on view at St Nicholas Parish Church, Wigginton, York, during the weekend of December 3-4 2010 as part of the 150th Anniversary celebrations for the building of the present church. The project arose from a conversation with the Rev Steve Jarrett about Guy and Sally's Micropaintings show in Sheffield in February, and he suggested there might be an opportunity to stage something in the church. This developed into a site specific video installation combining photographs taken in and around the church and audio interviews with parishioners and recordings made in the churchyard. The full video lasts one hour and is projected onto the wall of the Chancel. This clip is around eight minutes.
