End of Washington DC 9/12 Tea Party

Washington DC Tea Party - 09/12/2009 - 2:52pm ET - The end of the Rally and a shot from the Capital down the mall area. We were forbidden to step foot on the National Mall grounds, as a permit was not granted and it was fenced off. The Capital steps and landing was also fenced off. That was a real outrage and I want to know why we could not have a proper setting in the Mall. The crowd estimate was 1.5 Million, but many thousands were stuck on I495 at 3pm (I checked Microsoft Live's Traffic data at that time and the Beltway was solid red all the way around DC) and the train system trying to get in.

I was working on that day so I could not join, but did research at the time, found out that the DC metro system (which received 201 plus million in obama money) just so happened to do work on those 2 days, no work was done but one line was shutdown for 2 days, yes those 2 days that people were going to DC , coincidence? maybe.
