    Title is so misleading. Doesn't seem like Carl murdered anyone unlike his brother. Better if they rephrased it vehicular manslaughter. Shit happens on the road, it seems like he didn't have a DUI, and it's not like it was hit and run. Oscar on the other hand heh I don't buy his story for a second
