@MrRepzion Is that supposed to be ironic?

I honestly have no clue why religion matters so much. I'm a cathloc yet how does that change who I am? You atheist are strange...

Was that a GoodReads account at the end?

Mr.Repzion, this person does not actually say that he himself sees the entire Elephant. So his or her point is valid, and I agree with this analogy.

Whoo I'm glad to know you are my brother in Christ!!!

@dubldeka Very inspirational. I recently turned over to more a 'spiritual' view of the universe. Like, I believe that there are things beyond the human comprehending and that all people have souls, I just don't know WHAT is out there.

@everythingtowhat This video is from December as he says first thing in the video. He stopped making videos from the 8 January, with some exceptions.

Ok. Same scenario, but instead Blind Man #1 says, "Hey you guys, describe what our animals have in common. Mine has rough skin."
The others say, "Mine does too!"
Blind Man #1 says, "What if we're all touching different parts of the same animal?"
Blind Man #1 is not superior, he just thought outside of the box... Problem solved.
@igotaidsinnarnia *Claps* Bravo! That's right! Anyone who is a Christian is automatically stupid and not capable of thinking....

Religion makes you blind to the whole.
The men each blinded by their particular religion could only see what their doctrines allowed.
The non religious sees the whole.
There is no religion that lets you see freely beyond its confines
And there is no One way of perceiving the universe.
Even when all blind men unite to discuss their findings of the elephant they still get it wrong.
Seek not your god from the words of a book or from the tongues of men but from the spirit of your own soul.
