because i have installed the lastest xp sp3 and it's very slwo an di have formatted my pc so many times and im afraid that if i formated again it will never work but before when i insert an empty cd it works

everytime i do that it tells me my dvd is full iv tried like 6 fucking dvd+r disks and same and iv used softwares and still always fuckes up does ths mean my cd port is fucked or could it be smething els
