Monty - BSJA retirement [part 1]

WARNING: slightly cheesy :P haha

This is Part 1 of 2 videos I made for Montys official retirement from BSJA at the age of 20 (well, nearlyhe will be 20 in 3 weeks). No crit please, I love this horse and will definitely miss Showjumping him. He will stay in work next year, it is not full retirement, only retirement from bsja, so I will stick hack, school and maybe do the odd hunter trial for fun on himbut the Showjumping is a bit too much for him nowhes telling me in his own way he wants to stop 

He has had a busy life bless him  that is why my mum bought him for me when he was 17years old and I was 14 in July 2007, as a schoolmaster for me after I had come off my two VERY slow (lol) 13.2hh and 14.2hh ponieshe gave me confidence and taught me everything I know. I went from jumping 60/70cm single fences to 1m05/1m10 BSJA courses. This summer I have concentrated on my other 2 horses, but kept Monty competing, however I did reduce the height of his courses to 1m as he was 19 this year. But now is the time to let his bsja membership run out, and give him the quieter life he deserves  bless him.

@zozo96 errmm u do know that its not scary at all i went from jumping 70cm to 1m 5 its not as scary btw but see if your on a horse u trust its much easier than going on a horse you've hardly ridden xx
