This is a very cute cosplay item! This is Chibi Moon's gloves! These only fit very small hands....no adult can fit these. It does have an adorable band! It says a prase when you click on the band. I'm not sure what she is saying but it is very cute! You can easily remove the velcro band and replace it with one your size!
