@willyblaze732: Absolutely. When we danced to this sound in the mid/late 70s... it was in the same "spirit" as when we danced to house years later. I'm now 52 years old and still seek the same "feel" in music no matter what the decade. My kids appreciate soulful house, jazz, latin, Motown and classical for the same reasons. A "feeling" that goes far beyond a big beat. ;- )

Another one of the 500 reasons I prefer 70's dance music to any other (or "disco" as those of us unapologetic enough to still call it by its true name do) what an unbelievable outpouring of FABULOUS music, no wonder clubs were packed 7 nights a week back then. I defy ANYONE to sit still while this is playing.
