I don't know where you're getting those #s from, but whether they're right or wrong, China has already claimed to help Pakistan. Google "China says: "if you attack Islamabad, we will assume you attacked Beijeing, and the problem will escalate to a whole new level" - I'm paraphrasing, it's something along those lines that China said to USA. BTW, China also threatened Israel in case if it attacked Iran. That disapproves your NK 'only' ally theory.

@EmceeViolent Pakistan don't have money its entire national budget is around $32bn USD that includes a lot of aid which is less than India's defense budget and nothing compared to China's 1tn+ USD national budget. China's only ally is North Korea. Pak is a friendly nation. Still this missile don't have enough range from China.China won't risk war for any other country except NK. Air strike no chance, also remember US controls GPS.

The nuclear submarine thing, I can't verify that. And why wouldn't China? If I payed you $1000000 to live in your basement, I guarantee you that you would let me! Do remember that China and Pak are allied. There was a lot of speculation that USA would attack Pk because of the whole Bin Laden situation a few months ago, do you know what China said to USA? "Attack on Islamabad is an attack on Beijing". Also, the possibility of an air strike exists. Either way, make peace not war.

@EmceeViolent As far as I know Paks submarine don't have ballistic missile launch capabilities. Why would China give a base to Pak? is any superpower givem base to other countries in their homeland? and an attack will be consider as China's one. Still if they give, with 4500KM range this ICBM can't hit US. Air strikes that's impossible it will be long range will require multiple refuelings and US can easily intercept it with 100%.
