Sarah Lee Guthrie & Johnny Irion/Exploration

I shot this video while babysitting my grand daughter Olivia Nora Irion,(Oni) in LA, while Sarah Lee & Johnny was finishing up thier CD titled "Exploration, produced by the great & amazing singer/songwriter, Gary Louris (The Jayhawks). Also in this video, is our long time dear friend, Bill Rosendahl. He doesn't like to be called the Honorable Bill, but he is. He is City Counsilman in the 11th District of LA.
There's a shot of Nana and Oni in the pool. What fun! And what a great song!

That would be Gary Louris (Jayhawks) who produced Johnny & Sarah Lee's CD.

I personally knew Nora and her husband, Olivia and Johnny on saturday the 23th may (2009) at the Sarzana Acoustic Guitar International meeting. Unfortunately, Sarah Lee was busy and I couldn't introduce myself to her and make my congratulation for the show.

Great time for me, next to a marvellous and legendary family.

Goodbye to all the Guthries, hoping to meet them another time.

Love these guys... they are not only talented (and down to earth,funny and cool) they are also kind... they came to VT last year to help low income Vermonters pay outrageous heating bills...this year they are coming to VT again to perform for landmine and bomb survivors...
