*^* READ THIS ^*^
1)Go to options, Game Control, Keyboard.
2)Select Interface.
3) Change "scroll: north, south, west and east" preferences to up, down, left and right.
4)Build a laser and hover over an available area to set it.
5)Click and drag it just beneath the zone to the right so the white square is hidden.
6)Use the up, down, left, right keys to move and then release the laser wherever you want.
7)This works for all buildings but location rules stll apply
e.g you cannot build on bridges or tiberian.

No. Tiberian is an adjective. Tiberium is a noun (a substance). Nothing got changed.

change the INI file. find the light infantry attributes and change the weapon name to laser

you must hold down CTRL when you build and it will work.I used this tactic more than 7 years ago :)) it is very usefull
