daddy left

It's hard to swallow my pride and resentment to let my father back in but I have decided to do so, and finally forgive him. We have years ahead of us to have a good relationship. I can't change the past. What I can do is let him in now. Resentment towards him will do me no good. This is the last of the anger.

I made it to 30 without kids, then I came upon a beautiful woman with two beautiful little girls (Age 5 and 6) I knew right away, looking in their sad little blue eyes that I had to fill the void and make their little family whole. I've been Dad for two years since one was 3 and the other was 4. I have been given the most amazing gift and I am truly blessed. There "Dad" has returned after 3 years and it hurts me to see him hurting them further but all is well that ends well I guess.
