  • better go back in with a chamfer tool it'll take forever to deburr all those holes by hand. I'd flip it over and deburr the other side too.  I agree with caulk I used to run milltronics machines at work and they were garbage. They work fine for maybe a few years then everything starts going to crap. One machine that was actually junked...the wire insulation for the servo wires absorbed coolant and oil over the years and turned to jello. You could pick it off with your fingers.

  • I hope your milltronics is a better machine than the one where I work. MB18 is our model...it's a POS.

  • Sweet! what is the before and after weight of the piece being machined?

  • I take it thats one kickass heat exchanger then.
