Over the past 13 years, the state has become big. PM David Cameron accuses the (acting) leader of the opposistion Harriet Harman as being the leader of "an authoritarian" party.

Harriet Harman responds that the issue is of security - and many people want to feel safe at home - the question is on CCTV cameras.

Note this week how the house is more lively once again. One would argue that Cameron is starting to get the hang of it.

  • "The Labour Party has given up on civil liberties." Priceless...

  • @AndrewTally those who give up a little liberty for more security deserve neither. Think that may still stand.

  • Security is more important than the politically motivated statement of "civil liberties"
