This 16 year old boy was yes, deprived of sleep and food for 7 ½ hours, AND kept in a prison camp set up specifically for torture (hence the reason for its location) for the past SEVEN years of his life.  This IS a crime against humanity.

What would you call somebody who is stubborn for 8 years and then confesses? Stupid, self-destructed, unmotivated or may be afraid? 100 years in US prison where he gets beaten up by other prisoners on a daily basis, who wouldn't like to avoid that?

@justanoldman1 Firstly while I agree that they are terrorists, I think its important to realize that you're using that word in a very technical sense (one which ignores half of its meaning). Secondly, whether or not you think they SHOULD be in Canada the fact is that they are here, and they are citizens, therefore they have to be afforded the same rights that all citizens are entitled to. Finally, you've clear made up the stat that 99.9% of terrorists are Muslim, please use real stats next time.

@justanoldman1 Khadr is a Canadian citizen, even the government recognizes this, their argument is simply that they feel he is also a terrorist, so they don't have to do anything about him. Its a dangerous precedent to set. The only reason that you don't think he's a citizen is because you're such a bigot that you dont think any Muslim should be a Canadian. Its time you either learned to debate maturely and thoughtfully or kindly removed yourself from Youtube.
