  • This is this best review that I've seen on any product. I'm ordering a Windsor head next week from Guitar Center and I just wanted to get all of the info I could on this Head before I ordered it. I've heard/seen alot of bad reviews on this Amp but I now realize that the poeple that were using/reviewing it had no clue on how to properly operate it. Thats for the GREAT review .I'm 110% comfortable now in ordering this Amp.Thanks again.

  • @RONVK hey no prob it's all about knowing how to use what you got. and the windsor is a beast in the right hands.

  • The guitar is a BC.Rich wave platinum pro series

  • What guitar is that? :)

  • @Callee117 That guitar is a BCRich wave platinum pro series

  • this is one of the best videos I have seen about the peavey windsor. excellent walkthroughs and examples. This is very useful for me. You have the best amp in the world. I can't wait till I get my second speaker cabinet. Thanks for posting.

  • thank's for the comment. I got my Second speaker cabinet about a month ago and at that time peavey said that they had a few of these left. but they are going to get more.

  • Sounds great. Less than 1/2 the price of Marshall too. If I were in the market to buy a new amp, I'd definitely go with this one.

  • shitty quality

  • what settings are used for the tone at the beginning?

  • Thanks Bro --- Good review

  • "yea I'd like a large Farva" hahahahahaha

  • @WhyGangRecords LMFAO!! hahaha

  • Peavey did mean this to be basically a JCM-800 clone. The tube layout is the same, controls are the same, about the same amount of gain, basic circuit is all very similar, just different eq components. If what you really wanted was an 800 but can't afford one, a windsor will give you a sound that's probably 99% there at about 30% of the price. A few caps/resistors/tubes can be replaced if you know what you're doing, and through a good cab, you'll never miss the extra 1200 bucks worth of amp.
