This was right after "The Spirit Room" was released . Her performance was so much better and closer to the album in this concert than in any other recent one's in order to become more popular. Also, when artists play more and more concerts after the album is released the song slowly evolves and becomes much different/worse as time goes on. I think that's why she only plays the acoustic version now, it's easier and she doesn't have to "belt" any of her vocals. I miss these days of her in pop.
