TV Tiger's Lee Ah Seng reports on the Malaysian rare earth issue (Report 2)

Lee Ah Seng flies to a foreign country to investigate a rare earth plant. Dead set on proving the innocuous nature of rare earth metals (which, incidentally, is not in dispute; critics are concerned about radioactive materials that are found alongside rare earth metals and not the rare earth metals themselves), Lee Ah Seng explores every nook and cranny of the plant and risks his life by touching things that look, uh, dirty. What does he learn from this onerous trip to a land full of blue skies, nice wines and lovely people?
