It should be pretty obvious from the title that this is a Saiyuki yaoi amv, with the pairing Gojyo x Sanzo. Don't like, don't watch. Music is "Escape" by Enrique Inglesias, with video from Saiyuki Requiem OVA. My fist amv, so I hope you like it.

Not really, or at least really subtly. But it's 4 good looking guys cramped into one small vehicle on a long journey. You do the math. But you should read the manga before watching the anime. It's kick ass!
