Doesn't she look like a "flapper" from the Roaring '20's, the bygone era otherwise knows as Les Annees Folles? Thanks for this video of excellent quality and extended length. She is charming in this dress.

Yes, her nice dress is completely in the style of the 20s, that of the dancers of Charleston
She also wore this dress during Spanish TV show in 1971 where she sang "Los años locos" in live... but the emission was broadcasted in black and white !

Another great video like always. It looks like France was posing just for your video in the very end. Germany must have been a pioneer in color television, all the footage that comes from there is in colors.
