@kshack he shows the shotgun only in one scene, in which he uses 4 rockets, still survivable

@guiltyguildleader without the gunboats, which he is not using as demonstrated by the shotgun weapon switch he does, each rocket jump (without fall) is about 45 damage.

not necessary. one hit deals 11-12 dmg. with possible drop damage you can average the damage to 15/shot
this means you can perform up to 13 jumps and still survive
