I can't reconize the first anything muppet screaming "E" ("She" was voiced by Frank Oz who would later use that same voice for Miss Piggy but she looks like a close relation to Roosevelt Franklin) The second is Farley voiced by Jerry Nelson who also does the voice of Kermit's nephew Robin.

Correction: Simon Soundman is the hat-wearing one of the two nearly-identical Fat Blue muppets (look at Muppet Wikia for proof). In either case, although Jim Henson voiced him ONLY in THIS skit, both Soundman and Mr. Johnson are normally voiced by Jerry Nelson.

Because of the brown hair he has, it's more like Mr. Johnson, but with a hat. Plus, I believe he's performed by Jim Henson.

Mr. Johnson, or Simon Soundman? (Look closely at his hair color.) Also, notice his speaking voice is different here (but who cares? All he says is "E!").
