RyanControl is correct. This is the choir Libera, about 2002, performing "Sing Forever" (music and words by R. Prizeman) with solo by Ben Crawley. Beautiful version with Ben's voice at its best.

I don't know. I became interested on the theme because the closing credits of "Mr. Bean" says "Choir Of Christ Church College".
Browsing this choir and the director I found the link to the Choir Boys; not really sure about the church itself. Thanks for the comment.
