it's pretty clear that this song is about those times when people feel that they don't belong, and that they must change their life. This song is about drastically changing your life to ensure your happiness, and break free of the life that makes you miserable, and about how it's never too late to do that. A lot of their songs have similar themes. It's probably the most uplifting song I've heard. Gives you a feeling of hope and a sense of possibility. Takes me to a special place.

as much as I love the Pornography album (as well as Seventeen Seconds and Faith), it doesn't exactly help when you've been unemployed ages and are grasping for straws....glad they recorded their share of happy songs.
