  • Watch the Tokyo '85 show...Stevie did Tin Pan Alley & others w/this axe....Beautiful tone.

  • yeah, ive got that show. its awesome. Say what is so heavy. Thanks for watchin

  • Eb model? I wonder what the scale length of Charlie was? At ~2:00 it shows a close-up, the neck meets the body at like the 17th fret, a normal strat is closer to the 15th. The neck looks longer also... HMMM?

  • yeah you're right. Ive never noticed that. makes you wonder.

  • What year was this interview done?

  • I think 87 ir si

  • I've seen / heard a lot of interviews by SRV now, and no matter how stupid the interviewer is, Stevie was always very polite and friendly. What a man

  • Stevie talked the way he sang, didn't he? I like that...

  • @saidas108 I would say maybe it's Dutch but definitely not Russian!

  • I don't think the guy is being rude, he just is having a bit of a difficult time with the interview. I'm sure if Stevie thought he was being disrespected he would have been a lot shorter in his answers. I spoke with the Allman Bros. percussionist Marc Quinones years ago and he said he met Stevie at a NAMM Show and he was without a doubt the most humble and gracious person he had ever met in the music industry. Not a wimp but a nice guy. We all could take a lesson from Mr. Vaughn.

  • is borat doing the interview?

  • If i owned the radio station.I would of threw a cup of hot coffee in his face! And fire the fuckhead for being so fucking lame and rude for his interview with the Fender Master SRV.

  • @Dmichel123 Not so sure, look at 2:46

  • 2:22 Non-Native English speakers should probably refrain from using the word "ain't"... especially if they still pronounce "circuit" as "cir-kwit."

  • I have a Norwegian friend and his accent is about the same.....

  • @Dmichel123 I checked all 3 of my Strats and the necks on all of then join the body between the 16th and 17th frets. The camera angles can do weird things to pictures.

  • My american strat neck meets the body between 16 and 17 of the 22

  • My american standard strat neck meets the body between 16 and 17
