July 29th 2011 @ 158lbs body weight. I took about 3 months of of training and now im back in the game. Since my chest grows far faster than any other body part besides my legs, I never really train it. I just do touch up stuff here and there to make sure I keep density. My goals have been to get bigger delts arms and upper middle back. as you can see the muscles around my rotator cuff have gotten stronger, thus allowing me to press heavier without actually training chest on a regular basis.
