its not knees to chest but it should be 45 degree angle your thighs should at least be vertical and for F sake stop using your arms for help epically when u have people to spot you

People!! OK OK I get what y'all sayin! That was my second day of working out; FIRST DAY OF LEGS! Please understand, I did NOT know how to do it correctly and today two years passed from this video's actual date I do 1500 lbs but for 10 full reps!
