Black gives his unique perspective on race in St. Louis. Pete asks a neighborhood man about Black. Pete decorates the exterior of Black's home. Pete and Black visit the city workhouse as they talk of his criminal past and his ties to the people in charge. This piece was shot and originally aired in May of 1994.
