Ok. So I've decided Shoshana should some how be a recurring guest star on Glee. Perhaps as Rachel's aunt. or her biological mother who gave her up at age 18 since Shoshana is MUCH too young to have a 16 yr old daughter any other way :)

@CThang37 Christina's is falsetto...it's weak, airy, and squeaky. She can't do it like Shoshana. Sorry. I'm a fan of Christina's, but she's certainly NOT on this level, nor is she on the level of any of the other ladies that you mentioned. Sorry but no.

@CThang37 This is not whistle register, she is using falsetto. There is a distinct timbre difference in the note. She has hit whistle register <5 times.

Au contraire mellynumerounoo. The "whistle register" that Miss Bean employs from 3:41 to 3:45 is not her's exclusively. Minnie Riperton, Melba Moore, Mariah Carey and yes...Christina Aguilera have and can do this too. Check out the duet X-tina does with Brian McKnight singing "Have Yourself A Merry Little Christmas."
