Brazil so called oil discoverys are 6 wells drilled and 3 of them were dry holes and ethanol is a joke, it takes more energy to create than you get from burning the ethonal.

Marco Rubio has been quoted by the Tampa Tribune as saying the tax cuts provided by the stimulus packages for middle and lower income earners, weren't the 'right kind of tax cut.' Instead Rubio would have like to have seen a tax cut for 'capital gains and a flattening of tax rates to make high-income earners more in line with lower-income earners.'
