Hi guyys!

First off - weight: 65.4kg (144.1lbs) whoahwoaaaah!

I went to measure my body fat percent on tuesday with one of these special scales and as it turns out - my fat percentage is too high! It was 32.7% BUT my muscle mass percentage was 27% and this is a little over the average so this is good news.. So the personal trainer, who took the test, told me that my main priority should be reducing the fat percentage to at least 25% (normal to women is 20-23%) so I'm now doing a lot of cardio training and ride bicycle every other day. And oh! I found out that my scale lies with at least one kilogram!! The day I went for the test I weighed 67kgs at home and the scale there showed me 68.3kg. I guess my REAL weight is 66.4kg then...

Well umm, I still can't make any difference accept the fact I've been sunbathing a bit, hehe.. Ok, I must admit I'm feeling a lot lighter now as in.. I'm not getting exhausted too fast and I don't feel so stuffed anymore and.. I'm throwing up a lot less.

I'll add my measurements as soon as possible...

  • That's one hot body!!! I think your trainer exaggerated your fat % so that they could retain you as a client (paying).

    good thing is that your belly is not fat.

    but you accumulate in the legs and arms fat.

    Decreasing fat and increasing muscle. weigh 65,0 kg with 18 % is good for you, try to reach this level.

  • I know this would probably be creepy coming from a girl ... But you look amazing! Just enough curves and a tight, flat stomach! I'd say you're set! You look great at the weight you are now.
