Fix the Chameleon Circuit?

This was a really awkward moment, haha. The guy was all "every American will tell you their favorite Doctor is Tom Baker" and people started whispering and muttering and booing, it was hilarious. Sorry for the awkward angle and shaking at the end I was barely paying attention at this point.
