@Slohrable I think, that one of two things will happen if and when the fight between Silva and GSP takes place. Either, like you said, it will be the most talent filled eye opening and mind blowing fight. "Ok so I added a little to that haha". Or on the other hand it could very well be one of the most boring fights. As they are both hugely talented counter strikers. They both are amazing in all aspects of the fight. And they both know it. It may be a case of not wanting to go 1st and open up.

@ballsoffury4 top notch strikers like maia? franklin? cote? okami? lutter? marquart? his only impressive win was dan henderson and dont say belfort he has'nt beaten anyone worth mentioning in 4 years. GSP resume is stronger and you cannot dispute that Pennx2, hughesx2, koscheck, shields, sherk, fitch, alves, 5 of whom were on the p4p list at the time of the fight (fitch, alves, shields, penn and hughes) silva has fought 0. A fight between the two is closer than you think. GSP > Sonnen

I hate people who just assume they know exactly how every fight will go. I think GSP vs Silva would be a fight with more talent from both fighters than we have ever seen in the UFC. To say that SIlva would just give GSP a beating shows that you are the kind of MMA fan that TRUE MMA fans hate.

Silva vs GSP would not be fair, GSP cannot take a punch much less a beating. I will never question his work ethic and I have a lot of respect for GSP, but Silva would destroy him. It doesn't matter who Silva said were better than him, he would still beat both of their asses, that argument doesn't even apply. I think Silva is a lot better of a fighter than Fedor but Fedor would probably kick his ass cause he's so much bigger. Use your brain.
