@CokemanChatt I usually don't control the Pilots. I keep them in seperate squad to avoid that. I give the pilots seperate waypoints that parallel your squad at least on pick up and extraction. Sync the pilot's waypoints to your waypoints as needed. This video below has example of how i use helo pilots to take you in and extract you.
