  • Gosh, I guess if we heard Schumann or Chopin play we would reject it out of hand because of our superior modern ears. For me Moriz Rosenthal provides the closest recorded link to how Chopin must have played; ever heard his recordings? This Moiseiwitsch Kinderszenen is at once among the most musical and beautiful performances of it I have ever heard.

  • Thanks for this beautiful gift!Today is sunny here...and it is a good moment for Schumann and his unique, magnificent, sensitive homage to the golden childhood!

  • Great performance. Bravo...Moiseiwitsch

  • There is no artist anymore. Just pure art is left. No self-consciousness anymore. Just consciousness is left.

    Bow.

  • so breathtakingly beautiful. I like this kind of piano playing

  • Better even than Cortot's, not a hint of self-consciousness at all in hs playing...timeless. sd goh (malaysia)

  • más que escenas infantiles, parecen más bien escenas de adultos que han vivido muchas experiencias. ¡magnífica interpretación!

  • Dr house 601 Broken.

    WONDERFUL <3<3

  • Quel trésor! I'm rich, I tell you; I'm rich!

  • I love Argerich in this. HIs kind of music making nothing else is happening but this moment he makes. Moiseiwitsch is perfect in this kind of music. Honest ,musical and more finesse than anyone.more shaded tone and fingers

  • Stylistic quibbling aside...He always played so Beautifully and always such Humanity.
