Make the next 15 minutes count for Global Health!

We don't want your money and we don't want your brand loyalty. We just want 15 minutes and your opinion.

We are trying to get 50,000 people to take the Global Burden of Disease (GBD) Health Measurement survey at http://gbdsurvey.org. The survey is headed by the Institute for Health Metrics and Evaluation (IHME) at the University of Washington and explores the impact of different diseases and injuries.

You'll be answering questions like this:

Imagine two people -- one is completely blind, and the other suffers from constant and intense back pain. Overall, who is healthier?

Your answers will go into the Global Burden of Disease study 2010, which involves 800 researchers worldwide and will ultimately enable policymakers and health care leaders to make better decisions based on better information about how sick and debilitated people are globally.
