I-90 Snoqualmie Pass East Design Visualization

The I-90 Snoqualmie Pass East Project will build a safer, more efficient and reliable freeway from Hyak to Easton, ensuring the continued availability of I-90 as a primary statewide transportation corridor. Quite nice. But I do think it was a mistake to discontinue the use of spiral transitions as they can make a road more pleasing to the eye. Use of spirals should be a designer option IMO. Just my opinion though.

the one time i saw the pass congested was labor day weekend last year. it was backed up all the way to cle elum.
