Watch young Port MacKenzie get strong legs under it as it handles 220 tons of cargo—what felt like King Kong coming out of a foreign ship's hold. The continuous electrical cable was wrapped on a spool for 3.4 miles. The cargo is the size of a house and forced the cranes to operate at their working limit. See the extreme rise of the 23-foot tide. Port MacKenzie offloads heavy lifts and high value cargo. The spools are for the Fire Island Wind project and valued at $5.4 million.

Great update of what's happening at our Port. While a little dramatic verbiage at times, a very interesting update....we're moving ahead! Guess I'm a little behind with what's been happening out there. Keep the updates coming.
