The internet brings out all this weird (to us) stuff. This is probably based on some memories of a 13 year old kid getting stuck on a family vacation, or something...and some attractive friend of their sisters was with them...and it just gets twisted and jumbled up...but triggers the pleasant feelings the kid had for the girl...who knows?
