Pat Mendes of Average Broz Gymnasium makes his "final countown" to his 20th birthday by making some milestone lifts as a teenager over the past 30 days. Bodyweight was 128-130 kg.
Lifts: 551 squat in under 5 sec; 706 squat x 5 reps; 507 bench; 429 snatch; 507 clean; 440 Snatch.

  • @MegaUnavailableusern I was being sarcastic. I actually met and have a pic with Behdad Salimi. He is 1 year older than Pat, and Pat has been training full time for Weightlifting for almost 4 years now.
