I use epidural anesthesia for operation.

  • Excellent job..but just asking Yrping.. is contacting bone at the beginning accidental or is it routine in paramedian approach? How did you direct ur needle in this approach? Thx

  • Lamina bone is contacted sometimes, not always. In paramedian approach, I direct the needle perpendicular to the skin, then cephalic to find the ligamentum flavum.
