All of my knowing I hung on a moon beam
Fragile and tender, haunted by love
We looked for a feeling faintly remembered
Hidden in shadows, from a long time ago
You and me lady we looked to each other
Hoping to find there, a truth we could share
But that's not your duty to me as a lover
Only to be there, or not as you choose
Me and my theories; I tripped on a moon beam
Fell into shadows, got out on my own
I find myself lonely, hoping for someone
Who'll give no answers but let me alone
That is the crux of this movement of living
No violation just let it alone
Moon beams will come now, whenever they want to
I have no answers, I really don't know
