  • the way Hill puts it, he's kinda implying it "fixes" and resolves this issue -- at least I kinda got that impression. That would not be the case.

  • Also consider adjacent channel interference which has the same effect as RF inteference in that the they cannot "hear" each others packets so "playing nice" can't be done. 802.11n 40MHz on 2.4GHz can also be a similar issue. Beamforming with only a few "elements" means some benefits in SNR is there but not "huge". FB ratio of 15db can certainly help when clients are perfectly at other ends of the two AP's on the same channel, but thats a best case scenerio. Better than nothing but
