In part Two of the interview, Sydney Craig (Pilates Tonic, Chattanooga) ask Kit if the Monkey Gym is suitable for people who do not feel that they are strong. Kit reassures her that the MG protocol starts with rehabilitation explicitly—so can be done by literally everyone.
And any exercise can very easily be made harder, too, so in this way the protocol is suitable for everyone (we call this "forward engineering; making something simpler is "backward engineering").
