It's most likely because its a foreign CD, they'd have to ship it all the way from said country. I'm assuming you live somewhere like the united states?

@LadyArania uh wow, I was considering picking up a copy of this album and it's my favorite from Lyriel but I also checked online and it's almost impossible to find it for less than $90 and the cd is from 2006! I mean it's not even that old and the band isn't that unknown and has a fanbase. They should consider releasing more copies because most people don't have that much money to spend on a single cd.
