Sweet video i don't know how old this is but if you still find wall runs and pullups difficult to do quickly then have a bit more protein in your diet and invest in a pull-up par and do about 10 in the morning and at night along with 20 push-ups.(Shoulder width apart and chest to the ground). Don't do weights every odd day to let your muscles relax.
Some nice stuff in there but alaso some too big drops. You appear to have fairly solid lower body strength, but there's room for improvement on upper!
despite what some of these guys have sai di thinkits a good vid the only thing i would say to really improve on would be rolling from drops but still u got some nice stuff :)
climbs ups really wern't good. Like Mcquade said you landings are bad, work on alor smaller jumps. The bit at 0:53 is too high. Apart from that it not bad at all, I loved the cat pass underbar.
You seem quite weak and your landings aren't the best, yet you are doing jumps that require good landings and strong legs. A word from the wise; impacts from big jumps catch up to you sooner or later! Look after your body and it will look after you! Peace
you are too weak for the impact your legs and your arms have to take because of the jumps you are doin... if you want to stay healthy step away from drops and big armjumps and condition your body and train safely.
