The next step is simple. If you enjoy Parkour and want to practice it for as long as possible, stop dropping from those heights and condition your body more. If you don't care about the future or your body, do what you like. Sorry if the truth hurts! *B*

Some of that was really nice and you definitely have potential but you are literally destroying yourself with those drops. Up until 54 seconds I was seriously enjoying the video.
It might not hurt you just now but I can tell from just this video that you are not ready to land from the heights that you do. Ligaments, joints, muscles and bones are all being overworked.

I think it looks amazing and is serious improvement on the last video i just watched from 9 months or so before this. Good stuff, very impressive.

Sweet video i don't know how old this is but if you still find wall runs and pullups difficult to do quickly then have a bit more protein in your diet and invest in a pull-up par and do about 10 in the morning and at night along with 20 push-ups.(Shoulder width apart and chest to the ground). Don't do weights every odd day to let your muscles relax.

despite what some of these guys have sai di thinkits a good vid the only thing i would say to really improve on would be rolling from drops but still u got some nice stuff :)

nothing else needs to be said really, just the drops and the strength to be honest mate. some of that was quite nice though.

climbs ups really wern't good. Like Mcquade said you landings are bad, work on alor smaller jumps. The bit at 0:53 is too high. Apart from that it not bad at all, I loved the cat pass underbar.

You seem quite weak and your landings aren't the best, yet you are doing jumps that require good landings and strong legs. A word from the wise; impacts from big jumps catch up to you sooner or later! Look after your body and it will look after you!

you are too weak for the impact your legs and your arms have to take because of the jumps you are doin... if you want to stay healthy step away from drops and big armjumps and condition your body and train safely.

I stumbed upon this video, but really liked it. Your underbar work looks good nd your running cats are great too. One word of advice... you drop to roll.... you need to perform it more as ONE movemenr.. instead of landing.. absorbing, THEN rolling...you should be leaning foward more and roll as soon as you touch.
Otherwise, good job.
i agree about the drops, the other stuff was really good,but take the friendly advise dude, i know so many people with fucked up knees
