i saw this when i was little i didn't know waht was going on, so i started to laugh at everything. Just say the word garmonbozia makes u laugh. I still watch it on tv and it still makes me laugh:D. But i don't think that word is real.

For many people, this film/franchise was too involved & dark to get into. I think it's one the best things I'll EVER see. Amazing.

Inland Empire was shit. Please get back to this genre, whatever the F this genre is. It's goddamn disturbing as hell, and entertaining as crap.

Bang on the money! One of the best things about FWWM is the soundtrack esp. muffled trumpet intro. I can only describe it as deeply mournful, and that ties in very well with the sinister aspect of Lynch's work.

Oh, by the way - anyone else eternally haunted by the music/fuzzy tv screen intro for this film? For years now, in certain moods, the song will randomly come into my head in its entireity...that, and the "Sycamore Tree." Too, too haunting.

I agree that this is a great clip - an example of Lynch's genius. And using David Bowie in that part was just damn cool!
If anyone's just dying to put a literal meaning on any of this (if such a thing is possible), somewhere on Google you will find a bbs that was kept back in the 90s about the series and movie. The guy who wrote some of the explanations really did his research, and what he says makes good sense (like Lynch's use of the book Communion). Sorry I don't have the direct link.
