It had nothing to do with the pilot turning the yoke... also its a gated switch so you have to pull up on it to move it. if the system is in auto and either theres 10 seconds of windshear or an engine comes out of idle the system will auto disarm. im guessing there was wind shear since the pilot turned the yoke after he landed.

The spoilers were more lost likely set in 'auto.' captain may have nudged the lever to off by accident during the landing roll.

@lixbeyond I think it's because he turned the ailerons hard left, so they went down with that.

That's weird :S why did the spoilers go down and then come back up again?
never seen the spoilers go down in the middle of landing..then back up
