I started doing these because it looks like a great way to build core and leg strength. I really want to do atlas stones, but done have access to any so I am always looking for exercises to mimic the stones. This exercise felt awesome and I think they will become a staple in my routine.
Yup, I love em. Great exercise all around. I was looking for something that could simulate an atlas stone. This does an ok job
